Revenue tiers (net MRR, USD)
Progressive tiers apply to the total monthly recurring revenue you manage. USD values use 1 USD = 20 MXN.

Example: $25,000 MRR
- First $2,500 x 25% = $625

Total payout = $9,000 (36% effective rate)
